As an event ticketing system, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, and plans change. In such situations, we try our best to accommodate our customers and provide them with the best possible solution.
However, please note that by Danish law, ticket buyers are not per default guaranteed a ticket refund unless the event is cancelled.
That being said, we do have certain policies in place to handle refund requests. If you have purchased a ticket through our platform and wish to get a refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your ticket confirmation email: Before requesting a refund, please check your ticket email. Some events may have a specific refund period. You can find this information on the event page or in your ticket confirmation email.
- Contact the event organiser directly: If the event organiser does not have a specific refund period, please contact the event organiser directly to request a refund. You can find the contact information of the organiser on the event page or in your ticket confirmation email.
- Wait for confirmation: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Please also note that the refund amount may not include any processing fees or service charges.
