Here are some of the most common reasons why you may be experiencing issues with completing your order:
- Missing information: Please double-check that all your ticket buyer information has been filled out correctly and that you have accepted the terms & conditions checkbox.

Too much time has passed: At the top right of the purchase flow, you will be able to see a timer. If the time runs out, you will not be able to complete your purchase and will have to start from the beginning.
- Browser error: There are many different kinds of browsers, and some of them are better than others. We usually recommend Chrome, Safari and Firefox, as these are well maintained and frequently updated. Internet Explorer and Edge, on the other hand, are less stable than the former.
- Device error: You can buy tickets via using different devices, e.g. a mobile phone, a PC, a laptop or an iPad. If you're experiencing issues with placing an order, please try updating your device and/or turning it off and on again. You could also try placing your order on a different device.
- Incorrect payment information: Please double-check your payment information, including your card number, expiration date, and security code. Make sure that the information you entered matches the information on your card.
- Insufficient funds: Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of the ticket/s you are trying to purchase. If you are unsure, please contact your bank to confirm your available balance.
- Payment declined by bank: Sometimes, payments can be declined by your bank for security reasons. This may happen if the bank suspects fraud or if you are making a large purchase that is out of the norm for your spending habits. Please contact your bank to confirm if they have declined the payment.
- Payment gateway error: In some cases, there may be an issue with the payment gateway or the payment processor that we use. This could be due to technical issues or maintenance. Please try again after some time or contact our customer support team for assistance.
