Authorisation hold
When purchasing a ticket, we may place a temporary authorisation hold on your credit card or bank account to ensure that the payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
This authorisation hold may appear as a pending charge or reservation on your statement, but it will be automatically released within a few days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Please contact your bank directly if you would like them to release the reservation sooner.
