Check in your guests via the Ticketbutler app

A quick and smart way to check in your guests is by using our "Ticketbutler" app. Here's how to do it:

1. Download the Ticketbutler app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and press "Start".
3. Enter the seven-digit code unique to your event. You can find the code on your Ticketbutler page by clicking on the event and then on the "Check in" tab on the left side. The code is under "Check in from app".
4. Scan your guests' tickets by pressing "Check-in guests by camera" and holding your camera over their QR codes. You can also check in guests by searching for their names under "Check-in guests by list".

To sort your guest list in the app:

1. Open the app.
2. Press "Check-in guests by list".
3. Press "SORTED BY:" in the top right corner and choose whether to sort the list by name, not checked-in or ticket type.

If you use the daily app code, you'll see all guests across all events happening that day. But if the event start date is in the future, you won't see any names on the list. In most cases, you should use the top app code.

If someone tries to check in multiple times, a warning message will appear on your phone screen, showing you when they were last checked in. If the check-in time is just a few seconds or minutes ago, it may be due to an over-eager scanner. You can let the guest in if this is the case.
