You can allow your guests to edit their own information (e.g., name, title, etc.) after a purchase. This saves time for everyone involved and reduces the risk of typing errors.
Here's how to activate this setting:
- Log in to Ticketbutler.
- Select the event in question.
- Click on "Ticket settings and discounts".
- Check the box that says "Attendees can edit their information up until the event ends".
- Click "Save".
From now on, all ticket and reminder emails will include a link through which your ticket buyers can access a page to edit their information.
