If a ticket buyer requests a receipt, simply ask them to check their ticket email (which you can also resend from your dashboard under "Attendees" - remember to ask them to check their spam inbox).
In the ticket email, there's a button labeled "Get receipt." To save the receipt as a PDF, choose the "Print" option in the browser and select "Save as PDF".
Does the ticket buyer need extra info on the receipt?
