Returning the Ticketbutler name badge printer

Remember, when you've rented a Ticketbutler name badge printer, it's your responsibility to return it (and of course, in the same condition as it was delivered) 📦💨

We recommend arranging/booking the return delivery well in advance before the start of the event, so you don't have to worry about it once the event is over.

Extra day rental

Please note that the printer(s) must be dispatched no later than the next working day after the event. If they are sent later, an automatic charge of DKK 500 ex. VAT per printer will be applied for each additional day of rental (as the printer may potentially be reserved and needed for another event).

Options for returning the Ticketbutler name badge printer

1: Put your pre-printed labels on the boxes and drop them off at your nearest UPS drop off point.

2: Schedule a pick up online:

1. Go to ups.com
2. In top right corner, select the country you’re sending the packages from

3. Click on ‘Shipping’ and select ‘Schedule a collection’ (in some countries 'collection’ is called ‘pick up’)
4. I field 1, Click ‘Yes’ to the question ‘Do you have pre-printed UPS Shipping Labels for your shipment?’
5. In this field, enter one of the tracking numbers from the pre-printed labels.
6. In field 2, fill out the required information. Please note, it is important that the ‘contact name’ and ‘telephone’ is for the person handing over the boxes to UPS.
7. In field 3, you put in the exact number of boxes and an estimated total weight.
   1. Under ‘UPS Services in Your Collection’ select ‘UPS Standard’.
   2. If ‘Only documents of no commercial value?’ appears, select ‘No’.
8. In field 4, you enter information about when you want the pick up to happen. Make sure the contact person is available and physically present during the provided time slot to hand over the boxes.
9. In field 5, please enter your own email address, the contact person’s email address and [e-mail].
10. Click ‘Next’ in the bottom of the page, and you’ll be directed to an overview.
11. After checking the overview, click ‘Next’. The pick up is now ordered.
